Is an internal examination required for a pelvic floor assessment?
Although an internal exam is the gold standard, it is not mandatory. Though it will provide the most feedback, you will still benefit from coming. Many patients have been treated successfully without ever doing an internal exam .
Are home physiotherapy visits covered by insurance?
Yes. Physical therapy services are covered by most insurance providers without physicians’ referral. At this time we do not offer direct billing, we plan to offer this service in the future. *You will be provided a receipt at time of purchase for reimbursement
How do I reschedule or cancel a booked appointment?
You can cancel or re-schedule your appointment for free 24 hours prior to your specific appointment time. Please contact Wiebe Physiotherapy directly. *There will be a $50 no show fee or late cancellation fee if you do not reschedule 24 hours prior.
